ORION AT HACIENDAS DEL TORO
Project Orion is a pioneer in a new construction method for the Pedasi area. While most construction is done using traditional block or steel, this home is being constructed with a precision laser-cut modular system that uses hybrid, anti-corrosive metal. This means less time to build, less maintenance, and a stronger overall structure. Built as an income property, this project has a 3-bed, 3-bath home and a 2-bed, 2-bath home all on the same lot. Just minutes to town and the famous Toro Beach, the location can't be beaten. Orion is available now for pre-sale and will be ready in early 2023. This home is a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development in a short timeframe.
APUS BOUTIQUE SUITES AND RESTAURANT
Mi Kasa is constructing the Apus Boutique Suites which each come with gorgeous tree-top or ocean views from the comfort of a comfortable studio unit equipped with a full kitchenette. Apus will also have a restaurant and is located in the quiet town of Canas, just 10 minutes to world-class surfing in Playa Venao. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work in order to protect the secluded feel of the property. For the Apus project, we are interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome and we plan to have this project completed in the first half of 2023.
