We decide where the sun will be at a given point, wind patterns, and views to determine the ideal siting for the house and account for any living conditions or conditions distinct to your property. Design Phase 
From our conversations together, we grow an understanding of your set requirements, style and budget which direct the design phase. The sketching procedure begins with a area design and/or layout plans. Next, we start to evolve exterior elevations that allow us to produce the style and character of your home. Design Development 
During the Design Development phase, ideal design opinions are worked out in farther detail. During the Construction Administration phase, we deal with the contract between you and your contractor, which is predicated on our drawings and specifications. During the construction of the house, we play as your representative by watching the progression of construction and how it conforms with our drawings and specifications, by delivering clarifications to our drawings, or with your blessing, making variations to the design, which may affect the contractor’s work.
